Job Description

  • Planning all events within a year including: budget and timeline.
  • Searching for the supplier/ agency to prepare for all events.
  • Coordinate with other department to organize the event successfully.
  • In charge of all Corporate identity for all showrooms.
  • Planning and coordinating with showroom nationwide to organize retailed Marketing activities and support the brand.
  • Coordinate with partners to enhance and support the brand.
  • In charge of all stuffs relating to construction. 
  • Control budget within the approved budget assigned by Brand Manager.
  • Check contract, payments and sign before sending to Brand Manager. 
  • Other tasks assigned by Brand Manager.

Job Requirements

  • University graduated (Foreign Trade, Business, Language), English (proficiency); IT skill (presentation, IT applications) .
  • At least 02 years in event, premium concept acknowledgment, automobile experience, driving ability
  • Excellent knowledge about automotive products .
  • Strong customer orientation .
  • Strong management skill, team-work, coordination skill .
  • Excellent presentation skill.
  • Design, organize, oversee all corporates events in accordance with company standards on business and the Group brands.
  • Abide by company’s policies and optimize all resources.
