  • Leads the development and delivery of business HR solutions to enable the assigned function to deliver its business goals.
  • Drives and advises the function on key HR processes/ initiatives consistently & to the required level of quality in line with corporate HR policies and procedures.
  • Provides consultancy to the function to manage the people issues/opportunities within the assigned function.
  • Communicates and promotes actively company culture and values within assigned function.
  • Contribute to the building of HR strategies and Functional HR Agenda in ensuring that the priority business deliverables for assigned function is met.
  • Establishes a plan to track and report on the people deliverables for the assigned function to ensure that there is sufficient focus and effort to deliver the people agenda.
  • To build effective relationships with the functional management team so as to get support and buy-in to ensure line managers own the people agenda.
  • Partner with assigned one Function/ Business Unit/ Key Business Location to provide professional HR advice, coaching and solutions that support the business in the identification and management of workforce issues.
  • Drive and support the implementation and monitoring of corporate HR policy, best practice, initiatives and programs.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • 6-8 years of experience in Human Resources Management.
  • Team Player, hands-on.
  • Good communication and negotiation Skills.
  • Strong Business Acumen.
  • Strong Time Management and Priorities Management Skills.
  • Analytical and Problem Solving Skills.
  • Labor Law Knowledge Skill.
  • Excellent command of English, both oral and written.
