Responsibilities

  • Engage in HR policies and processes design, communication and execution
  • Overview HR process; Work closely with team leaders to search candidates and build/develop candidate to meet strategic business requirements
  • Develop and implement HR projects in order to achieve strategic business initiatives and deliver results.
  • Provide management coaching to leaders to build leadership capabilities and address employee issues.
  • Working closely with team leaders on various HR programs and initiatives, such as performance management, succession planning, retention,…
  • Coaching and providing instructions to admin staffs to handle office administrative works.

Desired skills & experience

  • Bachelor degree or higher with a major in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Law or related.
  • At least 6 years of experience in HR function, with solid working experience in talent acquisition and organization development, preferably with prior experience in Commercial industry.
  • Have project management experience, capable of the design and implantation of cross-business HR projects independently.
  • Strong sense ownership, good team spirit, driven and target oriented.
  • Have strong experience in C&B is a great advantage.
  • Excellent written & spoken both English and Vietnamese.
