 Mô tả công việc

  • Conduct training needs analysis to identify capability and competency gaps across functions.
  • Formulate training and development plan of the organisation that align business objectives.
  • Implement training programs to ensure learning objectives of participants are met.
  • Contribute to the establishment of training budget. Monitor the training spend to ensure training and development activities are delivered at optimal cost and at highest quality.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness to ensure training ROI.
  • Identify training providers and manage the evaluation of their quality to ensure training programs are delivered in a quality standard and at reasonable cost.
  • Build a learning organization through development of programs, campaigns, tools and processes to support and drive learning’s culture in the company.
  • Provide training/workshop to ensure HR key processes are strictly followed.
  • Recommend and develop HR initiatives and mechanisms to address people development issues.
  • Plan, execute and manage HR systems assigned to ensure the systems go live effectively.

 

Yêu cầu công việc

  • University degree major in Business Administration preferable in Human Resources Management.
  • At least 2 years in managerial position, 5-7 year experience in training and development management.
  • Good communication and presentation in Vietnamese and English.
  • Analytical thinking.
