  • Support MKT VP to set highest standards for excellence in media deployment within the organization and with the external agencies. Serve as a Marico SEA’s expert in Brand traditional and MKT activation including digital and all touch points experience. Develop and maintain an understanding of partner agency capabilities and develop a network of agency contacts, including new and emerging media vehicles, content publishers. Perform annual assessments & digital agencies selection.
  • Recommend the appropriate investment levels and manage the budget. Develop & manage ROMI with plan and track tools/ channel guiding.
  • Lead development and execution of media vision and strategy in market, working with regional media teams and country marketing teams; Responsible for development and delivery of identified country KPIs supporting the overall business/marketing plan.
  • Develop channel led content strategies and innovation as part of the Brand Communication Strategy (Brand Vision Plan) based upon consumer, brand and channel insights. Drive channel innovation projects and assist in the implementation in key categories (eg. Content based solutions, Digital based communication); Build and manage always on digital assets (Fanpage, Youtube, Apps) & CRM.
  • Initiates and oversees Audits as required by the company’s policy.
  • Builds and grows strong external relationships within the market.
  • Drives capability building through sharing and embedding best practice, developing and delivering training and creating a learning and sharing environment.


Yêu cầu công việc

  • More than 5 year-experience in Media industry.
  • 2 year experience in brand mkt /client side / Digital Creative will be the advantage.
  • Digital savvy and technology passionate.
  • Strong fluency in English.
