Project Sales Manager

Job description

  • Be responsible for sales and customer development of all partners (contractors, project owners and construction consultants).
  • Analyze database, current performance & propose action plans to boost sales.
  • Working closely with staff to insure correct forecasting of sales.
  • Coaching, traning and assisting sales staffs to create and enhance sales revenue.
  • Co-ordinate with other processes to insure high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Keep customer database updated and improve database.
  • Other tasks as assigned by Manager or Director of Sales.

General Requirements

  • Must have  Bachelor’s Degree in HVAC.
  • At least 4 years working experience in sales as a HVAC Project Manager.
  • Good in English (oral & writing).
  • Excellent presentation skills, MS Office.
  • Have working experience with contractors, investors and construction consultants.
  • Be able to achieve sale goals.
  • Strategic and tactical mindset.
  • Strong communication skill (both oral and written), including the ability to influence, inspire, persuade and motivate others.
  • Willing to travel for business. 6 months work in HCM and transfer to MKRD 6 month later, (E.g.CT, Kien Giang, Ca Mau). Mostly take care outside of HCM Projects (spend half of month outside).
