Job description

  • Manage the full recruitment life-cycle from initial candidate assessment to conducting interviews and offer management.
  • Identify and source for appropriate talent for current open roles
  • Constantly engage candidates and ensure a pleasant candidate experience
  • Build relationship with key stakeholders and be seen as the go-to person for any recruitment related advice
  • Develop recruitment strategy and ensure the available talent pipeline. This may include job posting optimization, recruiting marketing channel development, employment marketing, recruitment campaign planning, talent planning, etc.

General Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years in-house/external recruitment experience, with proven track record of successful placement, preferable in the E-commerce industry.
  • Experience in using social media, job boards, Internet sourcing, and other technical means to source candidates.
  • Good business acumen and excellent negotiation skills to influence and engage stakeholders of all levels.
  • Dynamic, aggressive and dedicated personality.
  • Excellent both in Vietnamese and English.
